How is a broad nose fixed with plastic surgery

Pearl: One important component of some rhinoplasties is narrowing a broad nose. The "broad nose" can refer to the upper one-third (dorsum) of the nose or it can refer to the tip area.

• Narrowing the upper third (dorsum).  To narrow the bony part of the nose one must move nasal bones in closer together. Dr Simoni has modified rhinoplasty techniques so he does not have to break any bones.
