Los Angeles chin Liposuction is performed to actually remove unwanted fat cells from chin (neck). Dr Simoni uses a special  gentle tube called a micro-cannula. The Micro-cannula is inserted through a tiny incision placed in an inconspicuous location under the neck. Using a suction syringe or pump the fat cells are gently extracted. The result is a true chin liposculpture.

In younger patients, Facial Liposuction may be done alone. In older patients, it may produce optimal results when combined with a facelift. It is often performed with the addition of chin or cheek implants for better definition.
