Closed Nose Job
Pearl:
Closed nose job is used to designate a nose job performed without
any outside incision. These incisions create more limited visual
exposure to the tip of the nose compare to an open nose job. As result,
there is less change to the tip with the closed approach. Because of
this Dr Simoni selects patients who have almost normal nasal tips for
closed nose job. The ideal patient would have a well shaped symmetrical
nasal tip with overall good support. A small hump on the bridge may be
the main concern. For more detail information visit our
rhinoplasty page.
