Lift for Face

A good candidate for a lift for face is a healthy individual with loose or saggy face or neck. The best candidates are the ones with strong jaw line or well-defined cheek bones. Most common age for face lift is 40 to 60 years.  Patients in their 70s and 80s have had successful surgeries as well.

A facelift is designed to improve:

  • Sagging in the midface
  • Deep fold along the nose extending to the corner of the mouth
  • Fat that has fallen or is displaced in jowls and/or neck
  • Loose neck muscles
  • Loose skin and excess fatty deposits under the chin and jaw that can make even a person of normal weight appear to have a double chin
