In almost all types of rhinoplasties, Dr Simoni avoids packing the nose, which translates into a much more comfortable recovery for the patient.  For most plastic surgeons, this is done commonly to minimize chances of bleeding. In his technique, Dr Simoni uses fine, gentle instruments and absorbable suture inside of the nose to to obviating the need for packing.
